Im looking for positive motivated people to help keep me on track..ive been doing good but i dont want to lose my focus..i would love to add some friends on here so we can keep pushing eachother towards a healthy lifestyle..everyday is a struggle i have always been over weight and im sick of it..i need all the motivation…
ok so i eat too much and i know it..thats my problem.. i eat most when bored and i munch alot.. i also eat when im not hungry... is there anything out there that really curbs hunger or makes you feel full?? any advice?
