Hello, I started the 5:2 diet plan on July 25th. So far I have lost 9 lbs - Yay!. My question is: I am finding that I am full just shy of the 1200 calories alotted on feast days and worry that this will trigger starvation mode. Does anyone know the answer to this? Thanks in advance.
