Hi My name is Lisa, and I just join this site. I'm 22 female, 155.0 and 5'1. I want to loose 2 pounds a week and it says to loose 1 pound a week, I would need to eat 1,200. But if I want to loose 2 pounds wouldn't I take 500 calories off. Can someone please, help me. My goal weight is 105. Thanks
