What are the best workouts for those over 180 lbs?
Hi, I weigh 203 lbs. With that weight its difficult to do high intensity exercises that are likely to help me burn more calories. I'm trying low impact cardio and calisthenics since 2 weeks. I've been able to exercise for 30-60 mins a day and I can feel that my waist and hips are shrinking, however I don't see any results…
