Anyone else have to eat a low Vit K diet??
I am on Coumadin and have to eat consistent levels of K day to day. In the hospital, I had no appetite so just continued on a minimal K diet after discharge. We have been struggling to keep my INR therapeutic so I am really motivated to maintain the consistency. Would love to find a few others dealing with the same issue...
