Hi, I've just found this site and think its fantastic! I have been putting on weight since being on a gluten/wheat-free diet as I am wheat intolerant and I find I eat a lot of high-fat foods (cheese) instead. Does anybody else on a a wheat free diet have any tips? Thanks. Maz
