I started the clean and lean diet two days ago and woke up today feeling really weak, hot and can feel my heart beating. Would this have anything to do with having no carbs/sugar or could I just genuinely be coming down with something?
I started the clean and lean diet by James Duigan yesterday. For two weeks I will have no carbs (barring vegetables), no sugar, processed foods or alcohol.
