Truvia??? (Stevia)
Any thoughts about using Truvia as a sweetener? Personally, I haven't bought granulated sugar in years,..I got plenty of sugar in the processed foods and unhealthy snacks I consumed. I am now down to just the single teaspoon of Truvia that I add to my coffee each day...so I'm pretty sure the effects 2 t. of stevia per day…

Are my Goal settings right???
I have had a Bullet Proof Coffee this morning...that's all. I am set for 1200 cals/day. I'm almost out of FAT allowance! I'm not sure what to do to adjust my goals so my proportions are right P/F/C. I am not losing weight so I must need to adjust something. Will some of you "veterans" look this over for me? Thanks!!!
