Glad to see there is a group for DDP Yoga! My husband and I started on Monday with the workouts and phase 2 nutrition plan and I've lost 5 lbs already. I love it!
I just dowloaded the app again after being on weight watchers for a few months. Weight Watchers worked for me, I've lost a lot of weight on it, but now that I know what to do I'd rather just use MFP and not spend the money on the subscription. I am a 29 year old stay at home mom :-)
