I’m so frustrated. I’m really hungry. I’m eating the amount of protein mfp suggests I eat, I’m drinking plenty of water. I try to eat 5 small meals a day. Keto and mood swings
I’ve been on Keto a little over 2 weeks. I think I’ve passed the “keto flu” stage but I’m super moody. I know I’m cranky and sometimes this last 2 weeks I’ve been mad at everything with no reason. Is this normal? Does it go away? Anything I can do to make it less intense?

sync slack app and mfp app?
Has anyone synched their "slack" app with their mfp app on their I-phone? I've heard it can be done but I can't figure out how and haven't been able to find any info online.
