Breakfast protein shake and meal at bedtime. Bad?
So, I wanna start to run my daily life on nothing but a protein shake for breakfast, 15 minutes of jump rope, 2-3 sets of ab workouts, 30+ push ups and a meal before bedtime. Is too much Protein bad?
So, I'm recommended 60 mg of protein daily but my regular diet sets me at 81 mg. I read that my metabolism type is that of protein needs. If I'm exercising moderately, will it affect me?
