So I really like Granola bars as a snack, but the only ones I see are quite high in calories, does anyone have any decent recipes for a low cal replacement?
So, I have an issue with swimming. I absolutely love being in the water, and I feel like swimming would be the perfect workout for me, but due to a childhood injury (fractured elbow which didn't set properly!) I've never been a terribly strong swimmer... Do any of you have any tips which could help strengthen my swimming?
