Granola Bar replacement?
So I really like Granola bars as a snack, but the only ones I see are quite high in calories, does anyone have any decent recipes for a low cal replacement?

To swim or not to swim?
So, I have an issue with swimming. I absolutely love being in the water, and I feel like swimming would be the perfect workout for me, but due to a childhood injury (fractured elbow which didn't set properly!) I've never been a terribly strong swimmer... Do any of you have any tips which could help strengthen my swimming?

So I'll be real with you guys. This is like my 3rd MFP account, and my what feels like my umpteenth attempt at weightloss. The previous times I have struggled with staying power.
