sugar goal numbers changed
So, with no exercise entered, my sugar goal is usually set to 24g per day....but all of a sudden today it says 45 and i haven't changed anything. Is this some weird glitch? has it happened to anybody else?

Looking for ''arm-wing'' success stories :P
I've always been quite flabby under the arms....you know, the ol' ''wing'' look, and it seems to be getting worse as I lose weight. Is there anybody out there who started out with them (like some good sized wings, not just a tiny bit) and did eventually see them shrink when the weight was lost? Or am I doomed to be stuck…

it finally happened....
Having talked to other people who have lost massive amounts of weight, they always ask me if I've started getting the back handed compliments yet and I wasn't quite sure what they were talking about....until tonight. A lady in the choir I'm in was talking to me tonight and asked the usual ''How have you lost the weight''…

''Breading''
Tip #1 - For those of you who like a breaded chicken breast or fish fillet....A tasty and better for you alternative is to use ground almond to ''bread'' the meat rather than actual bread. It's definitely a different flavour but still good, and gets you some good fats and extra calories if you need them.
