I'm not one to post a lot. Quite frankly I've been absent from here for a while. But I still haven't given up and I wanted to inspire someone. Still working on that last 19 pounds but I know I'll get there. 2.5 years in the works and down 76 pounds!!
I know i have a long way to got but i have lost 46lbs!! and still going! Im so glad i took these pictures! sometimes you just need to SEE your results because we all have days where we just dont feel like all your hard work has done any good :)
I know I can't target a certain past of my body to lose weight however after getting to be overweight and then having kids I have a belly flap. Im not trying to discriminate against people who are trying to lose 5-65lbs im just looking for friends that are in a similar situation to me. Its hard to look at people right now who desparetly want to lose 30lbs when i have so much more to lose.
I have a sinus cold. other than a little coughing i feel great. but im worried that other people might not appriciate me showing up and "spreading my germs". Even though i wipe down every machine i use after im done. So the question remains. Do i go the the gym or not? Your thoughts?
:happy: Im new to this sight today :) unfortunately im not brave enought to share with anyone i know in person yet but im so excited to start and stay on track. two kids later and ive gained way too much weight! its been a struggle to get back on track!
