June 2014 Challenge!!
As requested, here is a new challenge for June!! Everyone is welcome to join!! Still trying to get closer to my goal of 160!! This plateau has been a great lesson on weight maintenance...I still have to eat less and move more!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!'

May Challenge!!
Since I ended April right where I started, I want to get as close to goal as possible for the end of May!! I want to start my summer at goal this year!! which means I need to battle carb creep right now!! May 10th marks my first anniversary in Onederland. Best wishes for a wonderful May!!

I'm 63 weeks in and 56 pounds down. I would like to see 165 by the end of April!! I encourage everyone to keep going!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!! (You don't have to be perfect...just keep trying!!)
