Is there a way NOT to net calories?
Today is my first day of doing the TDDI and I want to keep track of my exercises in MFP but I don't want to net my calories. *tia

Just looking for some feedback on how I did today. Suggestions of what I could do differently are welcomed :) Fyi, I'm 5'5 and 139, I want to lose 14 pounds so my goal is to ney 1,200 calories.

Fighting Mid-day Cravings?
This is a sample of what my meals consist of through the day. The problem I'm having is that I have my breakfast shake between 8:30 and 9:30, then around 11 a.m. I get really hungry but can push through with just water normally until I eat lunch around noon.
