Is dessert ok?
I was thinking about this because I just made a low cal dessert but I still feel bad about it, like I shouldn't be eating it anyway. Does anyone else feel this way?

Calories burned accuracy
Hello, I was just using the stationary bike at my gym and the bike said that I had burned 182 calories but when I searched for the same exercise on MFP the amount was upwards of 450 calories. What do you guys choose to log? Thanks!
