How cold before you put your heat on?
My house is 16*C (60*F) this morning, and I really didn't want to get undressed for the shower! But I don't want to put the heating on yet, as we're forecast an "little Indian summer" at the end of the month and my frugal side wants to hold out till after that. At what temperature do you put your heat on?

Is there a place to record personal notes?
I've found the daily food diary notes, but I want somewhere to make notes that I refer to all the time. Public or private, I don't mind. I've added to my blog for now, but that isn't really how it's supposed to be used. Is there somewhere here that I haven't found yet? TIA!

Can I get a YAY?
I've been here a week and a day, and this morning my scales tell me I've lost 2.5lbs! I know some of that is because of my monthly cycle, but today I fitted into the jeans that have been uncomfortably tight for a year. I'm a happy bunny! :happy: :happy:

My MFP daily goal is 24g of sugar. One banana (my breakfast) is 19g. I'm going to go over my allowance every day just in food, before I've even had my one square of dark chocolate, which I don't believe is exactly breaking the bank. Seriously?
