Anyone adding in other JM workouts during JMBR?
Hello I just started JMBR, in wk2 and have also started ripped in 30 at the same time, was just wondering if anyone else is doing something similar? So I do an hour of Jillian 5-6 days per week and I plan to continue till the end of phase 3 by adding in 6w6p and killer buns&thighs later. So far so good???? I am losing…
