Workout through it? I have a great workout schedule and am to the point that I look forward to getting my sweat on. I really don't want to sideline my workouts and or lose my momentum by taking days off if I don't have to. What say you magic MFP forum?

I'm pretty well determined to get healthy again. I have a decent way to go and I'd like to enjoy my journey back to vitality. So, here I am. I figure one of the best ways to stay focused and not hate life durring this challenging process is to make some friends who "get it". :)
