Will I lose weight and get toned?
I want to lose 8 to 10 pounds and get toned, and I started doing the 30 day shred and blogilates calendars. Will it work? Has anybody try them and seen results? I'm 144 and I want to be 136/134, I do those workouts 6 days a week, and eat started eating healthier (no sugar, practically no salt, the only thing I only cut in…
