Hi James Sneddon here Many moons ago I was on MFP and it worked but sadly due to amputation of lower left leg I've put two stone on. So I'm back! :) I've got a prosthetic leg now and a wheelchair accessible exercise machinbe. So hoping to aim for a half pound a week weightloss over the next 52 weeks to reach my goal.

I'm a recent amputee (lower left leg) since becoming ill last year I gained 2 and a half stone (17kg). Now I'm using a wheelchair and getting used to my new prosthetic I hope to aim for losing 20kg (1 and a half stone) over the next year . Why? bexause it gets me on the kidney transplant list so the motivation is there…

Hi Everyone I've joined today . My goal is to lose enough weight to be able to get a kidney transplant. I am aiming for 20 kilos (40 pounds in old money) Off to buy some barbells tomorrow to help with toning up and increasing metabolism.
