Hi there, How do I change my calorie intake? I want to set it specifically at 1800 cals a day. How do I turn off the setting that adds in the exercise calories? I heard you can do that, but can't figure it out. I'm working with a trainer and based on my activity level, I'm on an 1800 cal day, with no addtl calories added…

Don't know how many calories I should be eating.
I'm currently set at 1200 cals per day. I work a sedentary job, but I work out 5 days a week (spin, bootcamp, or weight training). I need to lose about 15 pounds to be at my goal. Any advice? I always worry I'm not eating enough and will go into "starvation mode" and not lose. Thanks :)

Bootcamp tracking
Hi, I can't seem to find a way to track Bootcamp style class in the EXCERCISE area. Nothing comes up when I search for it. Think burpees, squats, sprints, push ups.... Just want to ensure I am tracking cals burned properly. My Fitbit tracks steps, so I know it's not accurate for this type of workout. Thanks :glasses:

confused about eating excercise cals
Can someone explain to me why I should eat my exercise calories? I get 1200 per day, then if I do a 400 cal burn workout, I am supposed to eat those, too? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of doing the workout? I'm confused. Thanks :) :) :smile:
