Hello everyone, Just checking up on everyone, and making sure you are sticking to the 30 day no scale!!!! As for me because I feel like I have lost weight I want to touch that scale sooooo bad "BUT I WONT" STAY STRONG EVERYONE AND IT WILL BE A GREAT REWARD AT THE END OF THE MONTH!!!!!

Your daily goals!
Can someone answer this, We are all given a daily goal of calories, carbs fats ect.. Is it alright if you dont meet your goal, I know you shouldnt go over it.... Because I have a sodium intake of 2500mg and Im no where close to that.
