What are some good breakfast meals out there? At the moment I've been eating 3 eggs (scrambled) w/ 2 slices of toasted bread with water but kinda want to change it up a bit, to prevent high cholesterol as-well.
So, I've heard that having a protein shake for breakfast + a banana is good to cut calories. I'm currently at 210 and want to cut down to 160. What protein shake would you recommend?
