arm workouts with the implanon birth control implant?
i just got the implanon implant in my arm like 3 days ago. I really want to start my arm exercises again, but i keep putting it off because im not sure if its safe to do arm workouts yet? ive tried googling it, but nobody seems to have the same question!!
