Quick and easy snacks?
I mean beside your fruits and veggies. I don't have a lot of time during the day, so buying something and being able to grab it would be great. Stuff like Thinsations, Nutri Grain bars, etc.

I have no idea how to form a good workout routine!
I've got a good handle on healthy eating, and I've even managed to lose 20 pounds from that alone, but I need another push, and need to start working out.
