I was looking at getting a heart monitor and been looking at the Polar FT7. I'm looking for information from anyone who has had experience with HRM, or if someone has used this one. I'm a newbie. I just want something that is fairly accurate and gives me a calorie burn.

ZOMBIES, RUN! APP
Hi, I was thinking about getting this, the only issue is, I run on a treadmill. Do I have to have my phone strapped to my arm or something? I'm guessing I cant just set it down on the treadmill not sure how it would be able to track my progress. I just hate having my phone strapped to my arm while running.
