I'm in a food rut....I need ideas for chicken! I've had grilled chicken and salad or baked chicken with roasted veggies so many times already....any other ideas? Thanks!
I'm going out to eat with my boyfriend tonight and I'm scared I'm going to eat a ton of calories! I'm having seafood but the restuarant doesn't have an online menu and it's a small family owned place....what should I order to make sure I stay withing limits as I'm not used to portion control yet? hi I just started exercising and eating healthier but I haven't lost any weight yet. It's kind of disappointing to not even lose a pound yet. I'm really wanting to learn to live better and not worry about results just yet. Hopefully, my doubts will go away and I'll be able to do this :)
