New Nursing Mother
I just joined and I am loving it! Looking for friends and support! I exclusively breast feed my 6month old son. Is there a way I can add colories to take in his consumption as well? I dont want to do to little and have my milk supply dry up, not to mention I don't think my son would be to happy either.
