Hi, I have been on MFP since February and need new friends. I continue to be well motivated and have lost 34lbs so far. By the time it's all over I hope to weigh between 140 - 150lbs. It just depends on how I look. I want to continue to be motivated and hope to get some good friends. Thanks!
I am about 1/3 of the way on the weight loss journey and I am really want to measure my calories correctly when I exercise? I saw something about the fitbit on MFP and wanted to know if anyone had tried it or has one that they are using? Or any other monitor that measures heart rate?
