Need some motivational friends
In 2012, I joined myfitnesspal and lost over 100lbs in 6 months. I did so by following my calorie intake. I'm not a huge bread or noodle person so it was mostly low carb. A little over half way there!!!
I just put these two pictures beside each other and I was amazed at how big of a difference so I thought I would share! I know they aren't the prettiest pictures but I'm still proud! I just wish I would have had one just like those when I was 315lbs!

I'M SO FRUSTRATED PLEASE HELP!!
Really need support. I've been on a 1200 calorie diet for 3 weeks and have lost about 8lbs all together. I did awesome the first week and lost a little over 4lbs.
