can anyone tell me why if I am under my calorie goal after exercising i need to eat those back? doesn't that defeat the purpose of burning them off? more calories=more fat and if you are trying to lose shouldn't you be lowering your calorie intake?
This morning I worked out and burned 130 calories before I ate lunch which was 180 calories then a snack was 170 calories. my calorie goal is 1200 so I have 980 left. my dinner will probably be about 400 calories and I will work out again. I'm 5 ft 122 lbs. If I'm not hungry do I have to eat more?
