Whoops! Embarrassing!
I've been quite taken aback by the speed by which my shape has changed. Only been doing this a very short time but whilst out walking dog my trousers actually half fell down. Managed to regain composure quickly. Only one startled jogger noticed! Note to self: buy belt!!

I heard an interview yesterday about a happiness survey that will be sent out to UK households soon in conjunction with 2011 census.
