New to this!!!
Hi I started this about 10 days ago. Lost 6lbs in my first week - really pleased. I'm aiming for 1200 cals a day and at the gym 5 nights. I normally eat back 1/2 my cals burnt at gym Would just be nice to share ideas and have some people to chat about it all with. Not figured how to have open diaries yet but I will :-) so…
