Hi All Just starting out here on the site. Hope that it helps me reach my weight loss goal of 40lbs by the end of the year. Not following any specific diet plan. Just trying to get back on the exercise bandwagon and improve myself. I set my goals today and with any luck i'll be able to stick to it. Maureen
