Poaching fish in milk - how many calories added?
I'm going to poach some true cod in milk, but I have no idea how much of the milk gets into the fish so I have no idea how much milk to log. Fish weight: 7.6 oz raw I don't plan to eat any of the milk in a sauce. Thanks!
