Help? I use 'my protein' 'impact whey protein'. I train regularly and try to stick to a high protein diet.....am I using the right protein powder to supplement this or is there something better?
Please help....after having 4 beautiful children I have a rather, what I would call, saggy belly when bending over. Its awful...when I plank it just hangs there!! Is there anything exercise wise I can do to help it???
