Cholesterol...
...do we need it? I've been noticing that cholesterol is something that I don't really have to worry about. Most days my amount of cholesterol is 0. Now, however, I'm wondering if it's similar to a vitamin, in that your body needs some, just not too much. Or do we just not really need any at all? Any thoughts?
