Almost 75 lbs in a little over a year.
From 280 to 206, with maybe 30lbs to go. By the end of March 2013 I was about 250 lbs, by the end of June 220 lbs. I hit a plateau and didn't lose (or gain) until October. Now I'm 206-208.
