Insanity and Your Period
Hey ladies. I'm on week 7 of insanity. I have been seeing my period since week 5. It's not heavy but it isn't light either. I looked it up and i'm only finding that women seem to NOT see their period when doing rigorous exercise. Unfortunately, i'm the opposite. Is anyone out there been through what i've been through?…
