been exercising vigorously this month. lost 10 lbs. but then this past week i've only lost POINT 2 POUNDS. is that normal? i was doing so well and now i feel like giving up....sigh
helloooooo! joined weight watchers last summer....lost 10 lbs. gained it all back over the winter. then i started counting calories and cut back on drinking entirely, and then discovered this website and have lost 9 lbs altogether THIS MONTH. I AM GOING TO DO THIS. goal: lose 100 lbs.
