Help!
I need help with two things... I am at 5:15pm and still have over two thousand calories to use up! I just had dinner... that I thought would help in those categories... but NO! I am still planning on working out tonight as well, so I am going to have more as well... The MFP yells at me when I leave that many calories out…

Hardest Part for me is...
LATE NIGHT EATING! I am trying to make an effort to not eat after 7pm... even 8 at the latest, but for some reason I find it so hard because I have become so used to it over the last 6 years... any tips on breaking this or easing in to it? What is the hardest thing for you and your diet?

Snacker!
I am such a snacker! I have tried to stop and just realized it hurts me in the long run because then I overeat at meals! Anyone have any easy and delish snacks they could recommend? Right now, I have Special K cracker chips, SnapeaCrisps, and lots of veggies I will randomly just grab handfuls!
