Has anyone seen a substantial health benefit/extra weight loss when you have added juicing into your routine?
I have been solely working out by 30 Day Shred type videos and just bought my 1st elliptical! Looking to add other moms on here who may be able to motivate me when there's so much going on!
My hair is long and thick. It takes me forever to do it after a shower. Just wondering if others on here with long hair wash it after each work-out, or use dry shampoo.
