I highly recommend unsweetened Flax Milk for cereal and protein shakes. Great taste, only 25 calories per cup, and lots of omega 3.
Tropical Smoothie's "5 carrot smoothie" has 5 servings of fruits & vegetables in 1 drink! I recommend no sweetner at all to shave off over 40 grams of sugar and over 180 calories though. The taste is still good because of the sweet fruits and it totals just over 300 calories!
