How do change setting for cal/exercise?
I added my exercise to My Fitness pal and now it adds the calories into my daily calorie count. I don't want it to do that. I just wanted to track when I exercise and how. I don't want it to effect my calories eaten. How can I disconnect the two? Cathy

Aqua Fitness calories burned?
I do 45 minutes of Aqua Fitness classes 3 days a week. I'm curious how many calories I could be burning. Each class is different, but all work legs, cardio, arms and stretching exercises. Fruit and sugars
If the majority of your sugar is coming from fruit, are you ok? Every day I have 1/2 cup blueberries for breakfast, an apple for morning snack, an orange for afternoon snack and 1/2 cup of a mixed fruit salad for dinner. In looking at my logs, the other food I eat is low in sugar. Am I wrong to each this fruit? I know you…
