I swear I saw someplace an way to track my progress towards my weekly exercise (5 workouts with a min burn), but I can't seem to find it now. I don't remember if I saw that on the web site, the android app, or may be the iPad app. Anybody remember where that got tracked? Thanks

Hi, I am just starting to explore low carb, having read Low Carb Living. I am not (yet) committing to any particular diet, but just reducing my carbs as I reduce my calories, right now to about 100g per day. Is this group active? I am not seeing any recent posts. Thanks
