Where should I restart?
I was at W9D2 when I got achilles tendonitis and I haven't been able to run in two weeks. I think I'm ready to get back on track and I'd like to give it a try tomorrow, but I'm not sure where because I haven't exercised at all during these two weeks. What would you recommend?

Easiest/Hardest day of the week?
I just did W4D1 and at the moment the first day's always the easiest for me while the third one's the hardest, which I find kind of funny.
