Feeling hungry late at night/early morning
I stay up really late to get in all the studying and revision and always feel really hungry around 1-2 am. Is this normal and is there anything I can do to curb this hunger? I know I'm not supposed to eat past 7 pm. Does this happen to anyone else too? also I saw this guy at the gym with pecs bigger than my boobs :noway:…

Hey everyone. I am determined to lose weight this time and see it through. I started going to the gym on 26 July and so far I've lost 2 kg. I was 91.4 when I started and now I am around 89kg. My goal weight is 120 lbs/54 kg. That's about 2 kg and around 4 lbs I think. I feel like I'm not losing weight fast enough :( :cry:…

tbh I highly doubt it. everyone here is petite and thin lol but no harm trying. Any Singaporeans here trying to lose weight? I would love to get to know you guys (if there are any) :wink:
