I weighed in today and have now lost 24.1 lbs since I started MFP (again) in May. My 16 month old daughter had her check-up last week & weighed 24 lbs. It makes me think about what if I hadn't started MFP? I'd be carrying the extra weight while still trying to keep up with her. I still have a LOOONG way to go, but progress…
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this HRM. It has the chest strap, so it should be fairly accurate, correct? I'm taking a Zumba class, and would like to have an accurate count of my calories burned. I get the feeling I'm exaggerating with the estimate in MFP. Thanks!
